Remember, we don’t charge call out fees, for travel time, fuel or extra for emergencies*.

*Minimum charge: 1 hour.

If material sourcing and collection, parking, congestion or ULEZ charges are incurred, these will be added to your invoice. The charge for material sourcing and collection is £50. This fee is inclusive of time spent sourcing and collecting parts, transportation fees and parking if required.

All charges listed are exclusive of VAT.

Refurbishment or installation projects

For bigger projects, it's easier for us to visit you then provide a detailed quote.

There is a small charge of £80 + VAT for an estimation but this is taken off the total cost of the project should you wish to go ahead with the booking.

Regular customers, landlords and property managers may benefit from our annual membership, which costs just £67 + VAT a year and gives you many benefits, including 20% off labour costs.
